Zalaapáti
250-year old, renovated castle for sale in Zala Valley famous for its spa waters.
The property, set in 4,7 ha ancient, well-kept parkland, was built in the 1770’s, and initially belonged to The Order of Saint Benedict, later to Baron Szentkirályi.

The most valuable item is a fireplace from 1740, the product of Meissen Porcelain Manufactory. Its park boasts a 400-year-old Thuja (Tree of life), a 250-year-old Redwood tree and other rare plants.
The target price of the property: 1 000,000 euro.
